Who is this best for?

And who is this not good for?

Is this you?

  • Caught in an exhausting cycle of chronic dieting, weight loss, and weight regain, wondering if this will ever end?

  • Put important parts of your life on hold, waiting until you feel "good enough" or "thin enough" to truly begin living?

  • Relationship with food has become injured—food feels like an enemy, a danger, something you must earn or dread.

  • Look in the mirror and feel disconnected from your body, carrying the weight of constant negative self-judgment?

  • On the surface, you're functioning, but deep down you know you're not living your best life—you're simply getting by, languishing not thriving.

This service is designed for people who recognise themselves in the above experiences.

What About Weight Loss?

This is not a weight loss program per se. Your weight is a personal matter, and it's not our place to advise you on that. What we do best is support you in acting in the direction of your values, be this losing weight or choosing to shift the focus to wellbeing.

This service is not suitable  if you:

  • Have an eating disorder and/or are currently receiving treatment for an eating disorder. The service's focus on food and eating may compromise your recovery.

  • Are in recovery from an eating disorder. Even if you feel stable and your recovery is otherwise robust,   the content we cover could be triggering.

  • Are currently receiving treatment for psychiatric conditions (including, but not limited to) depression or anxiety. Taking on too much at one time may overwhelm your existing treatment plan. You should complete your clinical treatment first and when you feel well enough - get in touch. We will be right here.
